What is a subscription?

Registered users can subscribe to a paid support subscription for an extension and/or extension upgrade. Support subscriptions range from one week to six months.


Subscription Highlights:

  • Access to latest extension and/or extension upgrade files
  • Product support (via support center)
  • Premium support tickets (response within 1-2 business day)

When you subscribe to an extension and/or extension upgrade you are receiving download access and a support subscription. During the subscription period, you may download the latest version, install the extension and/or extension upgrade on unlimited websites, or submit a support ticket via the support center. Tickets submitted by subscribers are consider premium tickets and they are handled in an expedited manor. Typically, we respond to premium tickets within 1-2 business days.

After you support subscription expires you may continue to use the extension and/or extension upgrade on unlimited websites, but you will no longer have access to the latest extension and/or extension upgrade files or support. If you submit a ticket regarding the extension and/or extension upgrade after the subscription is expired, you will be asked to renew the subscription before we can help you with your issue.
